Lost Packages:
If your package seems to be missing, we suggest starting a claim with the shipping carrier. Often times, packages marked as delivered are eventually found! Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
For UPS & USPS Deliveries:
How to File a Claim:
If you don’t already have an account with UPS or USPS, you’ll need to create one. After registering, submit your claim through the carrier’s official claims portal depending on which service handled your shipment.
Investigation Timeframes:
- UPS typically takes about 8 to 15 business days to complete an investigation. 
- USPS investigations usually take around 5 to 10 business days.
